Mr. Howard is an ABC dual Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist (CPO). He is on call evenings and weekends for emergencies. Mr. Howard brings over 30 years of experience to his practice, managing patients with prosthetic and orthotic needs in the Jefferson, Lewis, Oswego, and St. Lawrence counties.

As a staff prosthetist and orthotist, Sara E. Remley provides both custom and prefabricated prosthetics and orthotics. Sara Remley is an ABC dual Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist (CPO). Sara brings over a decade of orthotic and prosthetic experience as well as a Biomedical Engineering background to Howard Orthotics and Prosthetics. Her background allows her to effectively manage patients with prosthetic and orthotic needs in the surrounding areas.
